by fitness expert Craig Ballantyne is a quick, high intensity workout
designed to increase metabolism and speed up fat loss and burn belly
fat. Interval training is combined with resistance training so
that users build muscle and lose body fat at the same time.
Ballantyne does not believe in using what he describes as long, slow,
cardio for fat loss. The user works out for just 45 minutes three
times each week in this fat loss program.
Balantyne's Turbulence Training has been used by elite fitness trainers
and celebrity weight loss coaches to to scientifically burn body fat
and quickly help their clients lose weight and speed up their
metabolism. The fat loss program has different variations
including a bodyweight only fat loss program that can be used at home
with no weights. Fat loss workouts consist of a five minute warm up
foloowed by a twenty minute strength training session and finally
fifteen to twenty minutes of interval training.
